Because of on-campus construction, the Jordan softball team has to play its home games at Compton College, but the Panthers seem to like their new home.
Jordan won its second consecutive Moore League game at “home” by taking down Cabrillo 18-0 on Tuesday.
Jordan senior Ilena Rivera was 2-for-2 with two RBIs and three runs scored. Senior Janinna Gagau was 2-for-3 with a pair of doubles and five RBIs. Both players are hitting over .700 this season.
Jordan (4-2-1, 2-1) will face Wilson on Thursday at Joe Rodgers.
