Cabrillo boys’ basketball coach Kyles Hawkins got his first win with the Jaguars on Friday, as Cabrillo beat Chadwick 54-50.

Eric King led Cabrillo with 15 points, going 5/9 from three-point range. Isaac Rodriguez had 10 points, 12 rebounds, and three blocks, and Sirjohn Hardiman had 11 points.

Cabrillo (1-2) will host Palm Springs at Cabrillo on Nov. 27.
