Both St. Anthony soccer teams are in Camino Real League title races after three weeks of action.
The boys’ team is second in the Camino Real League after bouncing back from its loss at St. Paul with a 3-1 win over St. Genevieve last week. The Saints (12-6-3, 4-2-1) have outscored their league opponents 16-9. Senior Evan Vance leads St. Anthony with 13 goals and five assists. The Saints are scheduled to visit St. Monica on Wednesday afternoon.
The girls’ team is second in the Camion Real League behind Pomona Catholic after losing to the Pacers last week. Junior Isabella Aranda leads St. Anthony with 15 goals and four assists. The Saints (9-8-1, 2-1-0) are scheduled to host St. Monica at Clark Field this afternoon.
