Millikan’s Myles Patton Commits To Long Beach State Dirtbags

It’s been quite a weekend for Millikan pitcher Myles Patton. The junior won a CIF championship with the Rams on Friday night at Bohl Diamond at Blair Field, and today he announced that he’s committed to become a Long Beach State Dirtbag.

“I know this is the right decision and I couldn’t be more excited,” Patton said.

Patton had a 1.32 ERA with a 6-2 record this season in 63.2 innings. The 6’3″ lefty struck out 89 batters while only walking nine and limiting opponents to a .159 batting average. Patton was dominant in the CIF playoffs pitching 20 innings and giving up just two runs while striking out 31.
