The CIF-SS Cross Country Championships are set for Saturday morning at Mt. San Antonio College. Long Beach Poly is sending both its girls’ and boys’ squads to compete for a Division 1 title, and Millikan sophomore Jason Parra will compete as an individual in the boys’ race.
The Jackrabbit squads will compete against 15 other teams in the top division, with the girls’ race going first at 9:25 a.m. Parra and Poly will run in the boys’ race at 10:35 a.m.
The top seven teams in each of the Division 1 races will automatically qualify for the CIF State meet. Up to five individual runners who are not members of a qualifying team and finish in the Top 20 of their race, will also advance to the State Championships.
Live results for the CIF-SS Championships will be provided by Finished Results.
