There’s only one playoff game today involving a Long Beach team, as the Cabrillo girls’ water polo team kicks off the 2022-23 winter playoffs for the city.

Cabrillo High’s first-ever CIF Southern Section championship game will take place this Saturday at Warren at 1:30 p.m. against Arlington, the CIF-SS confirmed Tuesday morning.
